Parle is India's most famous food brand popular. It has about 35 Percent of Share in Indian Biscuit Market. Parle was founded by Chauhan family in 1929 of Vile Parle, Mumbai. Parle started making biscuits in 1939. After Independent, the company started ad-campaign, placing their Gluco biscuits as alternative to the Britist Biscuits.
Currently, Parle is working as three seprate companies, which is being owned by Chauhan family members. Vijay, Sharad and Raj Chauhan is working in Parle Products which are Parle-G, Melody, Mango Bit, Poppins, Kismi Bar, Monaco and KrackJack. Prakash Chauhan and his daughters Schauna, Alisha and Nadia owned Parle Agro which are Frooti and Appy. Ramesh Chauhan has owned Parle Bisleri.
Parle is not divided but it is just splitted into three seprate companies. Parle have products named Parle-G, KrackJack, Monaco, Kreams, Golden Arcs, Parle Marie, Milk Shakti, Parle Hide & Seek Bourbon, Parle Hide & Seek Fab, Top, Parle Gold Star, Melody, Mango Bite, Poppins, 2 in 1 Eclairs, Mazelo, Kismi Toffee Bar, London Derry, Monaco Smart Chips, Parle's Wafers, Fulltoss and Parle Namkeens.
Parle have different factories in different regions of India are Neemrana (Rajasthan), Bangalore (Karnataka), Kutch (Gujarat), Khopoli (Maharashtra) and Bahadurgarh (Haryana) and the original factory of Parle in Mumbai.
